Our urban sweetpea medium charms are sweet and whimsical! Approximately 3/8" wide and 3/4" long and hand forged of sterling silver, our medium tag is shown here with a two lines of text in our uppercase block font and one of our exclusive heart stamps. All of our charms include a basic design as a part of the cost. You may choose an initial, a single line of text up to 6-8 tiny or small letters or numbers or a design stamp. For an additional design fee, you may also add up to 2 additional lines of text or one of our tiny or small gold additions in your choice of 10k yellow, rose or green gold.
